Start your puppy off on the right paw by enrolling him in Puppy Kindergarten. Schedule your private, in-home obedience training sessions. Working with your schedule, we recommend 2 sessions per week as it keeps your puppy engaged with the training and provides more effective results. Family involvement is encouraged. We cover sit, down, stay, come, walk nicely on leash, leave it, and greet visitors without jumping.

Six, 45-minute training sessions (2 times per week is recommended)
Puppies 8 weeks to 6 months
Private, in-home obedience training sessions. Working with your schedule, we recommend 2 sessions per week as it keeps your dog engaged with the training and provides more effective results. Family involvement is encouraged. The class is designed to build a solid foundation that includes sit, down, stay, come, loose-leash walking, leave it, greet people without jumping, and greet other dogs without getting overexcited. The outcome of this class is a well-mannered dog.

Six, 45-minute training sessions (2 times per week is recommended)
Dogs 6 months and older
Once the training is completed at home the natural progression is to explore another environment. Each week we will train at different sites around town. Ideally, your dog should be well trained both in and out of the home. It helps students polish and proof behaviors so they are reliable and consistent. Class content will include getting your dog to the next level of training using reliable down/stays, come, walking without pulling, heeling, polite dog-to-dog greetings, and calm manners around guests.

Prerequisite: Obedience I
We'll focus on just what is important to you. Possible topics include what is covered in Obedience I and II above, as well as individual problem behaviors that can be addressed with positive reinforcement. Sessions can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you and can be conducted at your home.
Cost: $100.00 per hour
Duration: Typically 1 hour, but can be adjusted to your needs
